Would you like to access free one-on-one coaching to support your career transition to Canada?

If yes, then we invite you to complete our online application form today!

The BCCA – Integrating Newcomers (BCCA-IN) program is a government-funded, free, nationwide employment coaching service for skilled immigrants looking to transition careers to the construction industry in Canada.

If you have been approved for permanent residency, and have construction experience, BCCA-IN is here to help. At no cost to you, BCCA-IN will assign a dedicated career coach and you will receive construction-related job hunting tips and tools, live job leads, a detailed skills and education assessment, connections to provincial professional associations and licensing authorities, plus, suggestions on the most relevant pre and post-arrival settlement services you should access. Whether you have extensive experience in construction in your home country or are considering the construction industry as a target sector in Canada for your skills for the first time, we can help.

We serve a variety of professionals including tradespeople, engineers (in any discipline), architects, technicians, technologists, and business support specialists such as project managers, estimators, and health & safety professionals.
