Builders Life Talent Central

Looking to Hire?

The BCCA has been building a talent pool since October of 2022 to help you, the employers of BC’s industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential (multi-unit) (ICIR) construction sectors, build your skilled workforce.

As a result of the BCCA Builders Life campaign, we have received applications from more than 10,000 job seekers looking for opportunities in construction, and we continue to build the talent pool.

If you are a BCCA member through any one of our partner Regional Construction Associations, a BidCentral subscriber, or have used one of our many BCCA Workforce Development programs, we’re here to help you find your next new hire.
